Exchanges & Refunds:

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we’ve done our best to ensure that our refund and exchange policy reflects that.

Defective Product:  We will gladly exchange faulty items within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.  Products must be unused and DVDs must be unopened and in their original packaging.  After 30 days, please refer to our warranty policy below.

Refunds:  We will gladly refund any item (excluding the Freemotion™ Saddle) within 30 days of purchase.  Item must be unused and DVDs must be unopened and in their original packaging.  Shipping and processing charges such as PayPal transaction fees and credit card fees will not be refunded.

Exchange due to incorrect size ordered:  Ship your unused/unopened item back to us along with proof of purchase and a note explaining which item you’d like as replacement.  Shipping charges in this instance are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange due to incorrect item shipped:  Ship your unused/unopened item back to us COLLECT and we will ship out the correct item.

Warranty:

Jonathan Field Horsemanship offers a 1 Year Warranty on all rope products (normal wear and tear, and breakage due to incorrect use does not apply). Rope products should not be machine washed. Machine washing will void the warranty. Rope products should be hand washed only. Other products are warrantied under the manufacturer’s policy and eligibility will be determined on an individual basis.  Please contact us with any questions.
